Guarantee 1

If one of our temporary employees fails to meet your expectations, notify us within the first four (4) hours of the assignment and we will provide a replacement at no charge for the unsatisfactory work.

Guarantee 2

"Bankable Hours" If an employee is replaced for any reason during the course of a temp to hire assignment, there is no extension to the original temp to hire period for the replaced employee; we simply "Bank" the hours and apply them to the new associate.

Guarantee 3

Once the temp to hire period is over, we never assess an additional fee to convert the associate to your payroll.

Guarantee 4

We stand by the hiring decisions you make. Should an associate
be referred to you as a Direct Hire and the employee not work out within the given guarantee period, we will replace that person at
no additional cost.

We strongly adhere to a strict policy of sending only qualified talent. An assigned staffing contact will follow up periodically to ensure your satisfaction and experience with Personally Yours Staffing.

Guaranteed Rapid Response

Expect an hourly progress report on all same day temporary orders and a four-hour update report on all next day job reqs.

Upon request, clients are able to choose from a variety of statistical invoicing reports.

Screening, Testing & Records

Background Checks and Drug Testing: For a nominal fee, typically receive 24 hour response on background checks and 48 hour response for drug testing.
